Cancellation & Refunds Policy
We want you to love every Offleur piece — but here’s what to expect in case of issues.
Cancellations
- We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed.
- All sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns.
However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- An unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) is provided as proof
- For incorrect items, the exchange must be claimed within 5 days of delivery
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If your order is eligible for exchange due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will issue store credit equal to your order value.
This will be shared as a discount code valid for 3 months.
How to Request an Exchange
To raise a request:
- Email us at support@offleur.in within 24 hours of receiving your product
- Use the subject line: Order ID | Exchange Request
- Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage/issue
Next Steps (After Approval)
Once your request is approved:
- You’ll be contacted with pick-up instructions
- Please return the item in its original box, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact
- Exchange or store credit will be processed within 8–10 working days
Warranty
All our jewellery products come with a 6 months color warranty. You can claim it in-case the jewellery loses it's plating or becomes black.
