1. Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes! All our pieces are water-proof, anti-tarnish, and made for everyday wear — you don’t have to take them off every time you wash your hands or get caught in the rain.
2. Do you offer any warranty?
Absolutely! Every Offleur piece comes with a 6-month warranty for color.
If your jewellery shows any signs of blackness or loses its color within this period, we’ll replace it or issue a store credit for the same value of the original order — simple and stress-free. 💖
3. Will my jewellery lose its shine over time?
Our pieces are crafted with premium 18k gold plating on stainless steel, designed to stay radiant for years. Store them with care and avoid harsh chemicals to keep them looking brand new.
4. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes! All our jewellery is nickel-free and skin-safe, making it perfect even for sensitive skin.
5. How do I take care of my jewellery?
Wipe it with a soft cloth after use, store it in a dry place, and avoid direct contact with perfumes or lotions. Think of it as giving your jewellery a little spa day! ✨
6. What’s your return or exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered to you is broken or damaged and you have an unboxing video showcasing the same.
In such cases, we’ll either replace the product or issue a full refund only when the replacement is not available — your satisfaction matters to us. 🌷
7. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 working days and delivered within 5–8 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched! 📦
8. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only across India. But we promise, international shipping is coming soon! 🌍
9. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at support@offleur.in or DM us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we’ll sort it out right away. 💌
